Process of Induction

There are 3 steps for you to join our unit!

• Interview

Going over your unit applications and answering and asking questions. You will also go over unit related information and be guided where to find certain resources.

• Basic Instruction

In basic instruction you are taught skills such as how to use ACRE Radio, along with getting your kits sorted and organized. Shortly following a small course will go over unit tactics with few live fire drills being conducted. (New players to Arma will have their basic extended as to teach them the game)

• First Operation / Campaign

The trainee will then be instructed to attend the ongoing campaign where upon completion two or more operations with the unit will be promoted to the rank of Operator and placed within a team. ey will receive the rank of Operator and be officially a member of MTF Zeta-7. 

We offer a wide variety of available MOS's for you to choose from, however its on a certification basis and not a permanent slot with the exception of Medics who are slotted within the team ; although all members are welcomed to become medical certified . Everyone within the unit is a Rifleman but has the option to be trained / certified in all available MOS's.

Yes we incorporate ranks within as a way of organization and showing appreciation to valued members.
The way promotions work within the unit is that there is no rank that is guaranteed to members except for the rank of Operator upon completion of the campaign. Promotions are handled by your direct leadership when they believe you are deserving and have met set requirements for the next rank.

Yes it is a requirement to enter to unit as to ensure basic knowledge required to operate within the unit, the span of the training can vary based on knowledge of you the trainee that is based off of the trainer's discretion. From 4,000 hours to 0 hours within the game we will ensure that the knowledge given meets your needs and what you already know.

- Air Mobile Operations 

Don't worry we have the answer! We have a MTF Reserve Category;

• Any member who is unable to attend every operation can be placed into our Reserve Element. However note our Reserve Element still requires you to show up to operations though not as frequently.
